Where am I ?
Oh my, what a troubled mind I have! Or is it normal for people to spend hours and days contemplating over one tiny and probably insignificant statement.
I think when they say, 'take life as it comes,' it just means to be more accepting of the reality that comes our way. It doesn't mean that we don't panic or show apprehension, it just asks us to be perhaps more tolerant and compromising..AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT IM DOIN NOW..being tolerant and compromising.
But how can one be prepared to take life as it comes?? I mean how does it work? Our mind does panic,anticipate,expect etc etc.. and will not leave us in peace!! Will we ever reach a point where the mind doesnt wonder off to ponder?! And with this super thinking brain of mine, how could I NOT contemplate ?! I really have no clue where am I, what am I tryin to do,who am I with and most importantly..WHY..

its perfectly normal to spend hours thinking..i think it lets me sort a lot of things in my mind so that I could be at peace with myself..! Well.. taking life as it comes doesnt mean that you have to compromise on anything. Its probably just asking one to be courageous and gracious in accepting reality the way it is and to have the unflinching resolve to work towards things that u believe in! and u cant have beliefs if you dont think and contemplate... :)! but thats just me..
it means not to over-react to the worldly things and wait for eternal moksha!! ;-)
p.s: somehow i get the comments that are being posted to your blog, in my mail-box. I dont remember, I have added myself to your blog-feed..lol.. either way,I get the comments, instead of your new blog-posts!!.. do u kno y..?? lol. Am kinda new to this blog world.

I think 'Take life as it comes' is only relevant to events that happened in the past. A more optimistic version would be 'Do your best and don't worry about the rest'. Clearly one can only do what's in one's own hands and cannot control external factors.
This statement makes sense when things haven't happened or aren't happening as desired. It doesn't mean that one should just give up on everything in life, have no hopes, and just TLAIC:) What it does imply, though, is that when things don't go our way, we ought not to brood abt it; instead we'd be better off to move on with full energy to what's next.
And while even the most optimistic can't help but ponder abt a possible 'disappointment', the strong-willed tell themselves immediately that they'd do better to focus their mental energies on what to do to succeed in this attempt or in the next.
In summary, this is not a philosophy to be applied as a general rule - it should be used ONLY to move on from a 'failure'.

From Feb07 to Apr08, almost one full year, you used this blog to pour out all your negative feelings, sometimes passing thoughts and off late about ur passion for lyrics(again most of them reflecting pain). But primarily, you used it to reach out to that 'dumb' guy. I think its high time you leave behind that sad past of yours and move on. You are really a talented, smart and most importantly a young gal. Go ahead and pursue your career or anything interests you. If you really deserve the best, love will find you sometime soon. Love is like a mirage, you shouldn't chase it. Let there be suspense, its more fun that way.

you know what, am at the same juncture as you.. I hav stopped blogging for a while, coz I write a post only when am emotionally driven by!! which also, owes to the love and other relations!!
for a while I thot, Blogging is for ppl who are lil sad with their life and are lone in their world..so they hav time with themselves.. and this blog world helps them to outlet their feelings.. well dats my perspective!! there could be other reasons too..
once, we get busy in our life.. we dont really feel like writing a post, coz we write it only when we are emotionally driven by some factor and intrigued by something gud or bad!!
I guess you are quitting, coz of this reason. :) But anyway keep posting, when you find time. adios.

Emotionally driven by good or bad...Umm..actually true in a way Kalz..its like im so used to pain and all those possible bad things happening to me..Im like eh uh?! Oh well ok ! Jus any other day kinds..its like havin my morning coffee..u knw wat i mean?!So even if i wanna write sumthing..i really cant with that passion coz i dont consider it dat BIG anymore to actually pen it down..!

Lol..Hemanth..No no..the thing is I had a bad experience adding people i know thru the net..I mean..they r like botherin big time so much dat they even got my cell fone numbers n shit..so its kinda scary so i prefer adding people i know in person.
And i quit writing becoz..I have nuthin left in mah life to actually write abt ! so ! Thats it !
